Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our team at OrthoCarolina University OUC office location in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, working knowledge of insurance, and ability to perform basic math calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare paperwork necessary for patient visits.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, make appointments, and perform cashier duties as directed.
  • Collect and verify patient information, and enter it into EPIC for timely and accurate processing of patient claims.
Requirements
  • High school graduate.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a medical clinic setting.
