We are seeking an Orthopedic Equipment Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and will be responsible for delivering equipment ordered by physicians and training patients in its use. The Orthopedic Equipment Specialist will also communicate with patients to provide them with co-insurance amounts and collect co-pays.

Key responsibilities of the Orthopedic Equipment Specialist include:

  • Providing thorough instructions on how to use equipment to patients and their families
  • Picking up equipment in a timely manner
  • Traveling to patients' homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and PT/OT clinics
  • Calling patients prior to surgery to describe products ordered for them and explain financial responsibilities
  • Collecting co-insurance payments from patients

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
