- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Clinical Expertise
- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
- Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies to ensure optimal functioning.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and training to patients and families on anesthesia-related topics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills
- Manage anesthesia supplies and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and cost-effectiveness.

- Education
- Associate degree in Anesthesia Technologist program or equivalent health-related field.
- Experience
- Five years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician, including experience in a lead/supervisor capacity.
- Certifications
- Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.TT) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Leadership Experience
- Experience in a lead/supervisor capacity in a healthcare setting.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in anesthesia equipment and supplies.
