Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a field-oriented role responsible for enrolling Medicare beneficiaries residing in skilled nursing facilities into our specialized care plans.


In this position, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling significant challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the national sales strategy to generate leads and enroll beneficiaries into our nursing home plans.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to educate and engage facility staff, leading to increased interest from residents and their families.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to identify needs and present the benefits of our plans.
• Achieve enrollment targets set for your designated territory.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all activities to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
• Valid state health insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Capability to maintain licensure and product certification in accordance with company policies.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license or reliable transportation for fieldwork.
• Proven sales experience in B2C or B2B environments or experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong account management skills, including planning, documentation, and performance measurement.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by sales activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or demonstrated technical proficiency.
