We are seeking a dedicated Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our esteemed Behavioral Health Center located in a vibrant community north of Dallas, TX. This role focuses on our Adolescent Program, providing essential psychiatric care for adolescents aged 13-17 with a variety of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial psychiatric assessments for new patients.
2. Lead treatment teams and oversee follow-up care for patients.
3. Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in delivering comprehensive care.
4. Manage administrative responsibilities, including documentation and participation in medical staff meetings.

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with a call rotation of 1:5 for weeknights and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Behavioral Health Center is a standalone 60-bed facility that provides extensive psychiatric services for both adolescents and adults, including inpatient stabilization and partial hospitalization programs. Our multidisciplinary team comprises skilled professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, activity therapists, and counselors.
