Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality measure performance
  • Conduct concurrent chart reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff, Nursing, and other departments to ensure evidence-based care
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality measure protocols
  • Monitor and analyze quality measure data to inform improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
