Description of Role: The RN QI / Infection Control / Staff Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating infection control practices, developing and implementing staff development programs, and promoting quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of infection control activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate infection control activities.
  • Develop and implement staff development programs.
  • Promote quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • A current Maryland RN license.
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

Compensation:
  • A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive PTO plan and outstanding benefits package.
