Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the educational success of our students while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. Working closely with educators and parents, you will assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
About the Role

This position is based in Louisville, offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
