Speech Language Pathologist Position for Academic Success

Soliant seeks a dedicated School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to support students' speech and language development in Louisville.
Position Details- Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
