About the Role:

  • Assess and rehabilitate individuals with speech and language skills through evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life.
  • Provide education and training to individuals served, family members, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of home care services to support individuals' goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Speech Therapist with a proven track record of success.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist and valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each individual.
