Rehabilitation Therapy Program Manager

At Charles T. Sitrin Health Care Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Recreation Therapy Leader to join our team. As a Recreation Therapy Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recreation therapy programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. Job Summary: The Recreation Therapy Leader will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized recreation therapy programs that meet the unique needs of our residents. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recreation therapy programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized recreation therapy programs.
- Provide guidance and supervision to recreation therapy assistants.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of recreation therapy programs to ensure their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field.
- Certification in Recreation Therapy (CTRS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
