We are currently looking for a highly skilled Rehabilitation Department Manager to lead our rehabilitation team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

The salary for this position is approximately $**115,000 - $140,000 per year**, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including JCAHO standards
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care for patients
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of rehabilitation staff

Requirements:

  • Experience in long-term-care rehabilitation
  • Current licensure as a therapist in NY
  • Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Ability to manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals
