Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of furniture to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, including 2-hour windows and contact information.
  • Manage paperwork and documentation related to deliveries, including pre- and post-delivery documentation.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and understand reports, with attention to detail.
