Career Opportunity: Cardiovascular Lab Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Lab Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our cardiovascular services team, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized procedures on patients, as prescribed by a physician and directed by department protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities of the department and serve as unit liaison to director, medical staff, and other areas.
  • Delegates responsibilities, facilitates and ensures communication among team members.
  • Employs a mastery function to advise and teach other Associates and evaluate care delivered.
  • Collaborates with the director to facilitate the operational changes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Reviews and manages departmental supplies and capital/operational budgets in collaboration with the executive director.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience is required, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
