About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Ark Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical services to clients at our Detox/Residential substance abuse treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Clinical Services: Conduct psychosocial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation to clients.
  • Document Patient-Related Activities: Accurately document all patient-related activities in a timely and professional manner, adhering to agency policy and relevant licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Complete all administrative tasks related to job assignments and other designated tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Psychotherapy: Offer psychotherapy services to patients, families, and groups, and act as a resource for clinical and procedural expertise to other staff members.
  • Participate in Clinical Utilization Review: Participate in clinical utilization review and interdisciplinary team sessions to assist in patient assessment, treatment goal development, and discharge planning.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field; 2+ years of experience in drug and alcohol treatment.
  • Licensure and Certifications: LCDC II, LCDC III, LICDC, LPCC, LISW, LPC, LSW, or License Eligible in a related human services field.
