Job Title: Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to design, implement, and manage our company's IT infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the architecture of complex systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and security teams to create cohesive system designs.
  • Analyze current systems architecture and provide recommendations for improvements or optimizations.
  • Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Establish system standards, policies, and architectural guidelines to ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems, identifying potential issues and working proactively to solve them.
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades, providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Document systems architecture and produce technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and security policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in system architecture to continually improve the company's infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proven experience with systems integration, infrastructure planning, and systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems, databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in systems modeling tools such as UML, SysML, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience with automation, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
