Job Responsibilities

As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of patient care.
  • Delegating appropriate tasks to unlicensed personnel while providing necessary supervision.
  • Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • STABLE certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
