Cedar Ridge Center - Sissonville, WV is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care. Key responsibilities include leading clinical operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with the Director to maintain adequate nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a preference for long-term care nursing and management/administrative experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. The RN Supervisor will report to the Director of Nursing and will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes. The position requires a strong understanding of nursing practice standards and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. **Key Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
* Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
* Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity
* BSN preferred
* Current BLS/CPR certification and RN license
