Nursing Supervisor

Cedar Ridge Center - Sissonville, WV is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care. Key responsibilities include leading clinical operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with the Director to maintain adequate nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on long-term care nursing and management/administrative roles. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model, participating in staff recruitment and mentorship, and making recommendations for employee promotions and terminations. This is a full-time position with a pay target of $40-$43 per hour. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. The position requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity. The RN Supervisor will report to the Director of Nursing and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of nursing operations and a ability to lead and direct clinical staff. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. The position is located in Sissonville, WV and requires a valid driver's license. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and will be required to participate in ongoing education and training.
