Position: Remote Risk Adjustment Auditor

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Work Schedule: Full Time, Daytime Hours

Compensation: $22-30 per hour, depending on experience

Job Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for experienced Risk Adjustment Auditor professionals for temporary remote positions. Candidates must be located in one of the specified states.

Primary Duties:

  • Perform audits and evaluations of risk adjustment data to ensure precision and adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Examine medical documentation and coding methodologies to detect inconsistencies and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve audit discrepancies and enhance operational processes.
  • Availability to work primarily within Pacific Time Zone hours, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts.
  • Effectively document and convey audit findings.

Qualifications:

Required Certifications:
CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder
CPC – Certified Professional Coder

  • Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk adjustment auditing or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical coding and risk adjustment principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to operate during Pacific Time Zone hours and potentially outside of standard hours.
  • Disclosure of any pre-scheduled time-off requests is mandatory upon application submission.
