Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide patient treatments and document progress. You will work with patients of all ages, from children to geriatric patients, and complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan
  • Document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements
  • Work with patients of all ages, from children to geriatric patients
  • Complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period
  • Perform selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist
  • Maintain documentation on all treatments
  • Assure appropriate equipment performance prior to each use
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant
  • Active U.S. military service members or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited OTA program
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA
  • Licensure, as required by State law
