Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. As a key member of our Office of International Education, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and executing the recruitment and admissions process for international academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase international student enrollment and simplify the admissions process.
  • Represent the University of Wisconsin-River Falls to prospective international students, providing innovative and collaborative approaches to recruitment.
  • Counsel prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities.
  • Schedule logistics and secure resources for events to promote the institution, representing UWRF at recruitment functions.
  • Create targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
  • Provide extensive follow-up with prospective international students to encourage complete application and enrollment.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment and identify, promote, and maintain internal and external partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to make and deliver effective presentations.
  • Knowledge of international student recruitment and partnership development.
  • Proven organizational, planning, budgeting, and record-keeping skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience using or willingness to learn website design and education database software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably Slate.
  • Experience living and/or traveling internationally.
  • Master's degree from an accredited university.
