About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care. You will have the chance to work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to develop personalized treatment plans and provide supportive counseling.
Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to promote patients' independence and well-being
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as rehabilitation counseling or psychology
- Certification as a rehabilitation counselor is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of disability-related laws and regulations
Our salary range for this position is $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
