  • Providing individual and group counseling sessions to promote patients' independence and well-being
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as rehabilitation counseling or psychology
  • Certification as a rehabilitation counselor is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of disability-related laws and regulations
Salary:

Our salary range for this position is $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
