Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative/Reception to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional hospitality to our pet parents and their furry friends, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet pet parents and their pets, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide high-level hospitality, championing teamwork amongst support staff
  • Remind clients of lapsed patient care and check in aftercare received
  • Manage appointment schedules, incoming calls, emails, and texts from clients and vet practices
  • Keep the reception area clean and well-stocked, answering client questions and providing information and education as needed
Requirements
  • A love of animals and passion for the animal-human bond
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist positions
  • Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems
