Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Relief Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, support clients in times of need, and work collaboratively with our veterinary team to deliver remarkable care for pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, making them feel at ease and ensuring a positive experience
  • Assess client needs and provide emotional support, resources, and guidance as needed
  • Confirm appointments, provide accurate information, and ensure clients are prepared for their pet's visit
  • Respond to non-patient calls, connect clients with the right team member, and provide a seamless experience
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure the best possible care for pets
