Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at American Veterinary Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain front of house duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients
  • Manage hospital required paperwork and review invoices or discharge instructions
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care
