Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role will be based at our corporate office, where you will be responsible for assisting customers with product and service information, as well as resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer outstanding customer service and support regarding our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Manage return tickets and ensure prompt resolution
  • Provide backup support for daily paperwork and closure duties
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field with a strong tenure
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
