Fishing Sales Representative

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our fishing department. Your primary focus will be on greeting and acknowledging every customer, while also being knowledgeable about the products we carry and presenting them to customers using our company's sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer
- Be knowledgeable of products carried and present to customers using company sales techniques
- Perform all other aspects of customer service in the fishing department
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Keep the department clean and organized
