Job Summary

The Creative Lead I is a first-level leadership role that serves as part of the design leadership team. This position will mentor a team of designers and interns on the completion of various projects and initiatives. The Creative Lead I will oversee day-to-day tasks, duties, and responsibilities, workloads, and guide low-level personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns first-level leadership responsibilities such as managing design team workloads, workflow, and utilization.
  • Assigns projects, tasks, and initiatives ensuring timely completion.
  • Manages standards, processes, and quality assurance.
  • Manages multiple key accounts and engagements.
