Key Responsibilities
  • Install and disconnect broadband services at customer premises, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our dispatch team to prioritize and manage installation schedules.
  • Ensure accurate recording of RF signal levels and other technical data.

Requirements
