Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Engaging Learning Experiences: Create interactive and fun learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Ensure Child Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our students, adhering to all relevant licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Communicate Effectively with Parents and Colleagues: Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues through open and transparent communication.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Classroom: Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background Check: Complete and pass a state-required background check.
  • Qualifications: Lead Teachers require 12 ECE units and 6 months of paid experience in a childcare center or similar field, while Assistant Teachers require a minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months of paid experience.
