Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their unique goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings, to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Process basic transactions, open new accounts, and complete service requests, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
