Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure equipment and software, including networking, telecommunications, servers, and computer systems.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, and upgrades across the company's computer systems using System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Manage operating system images used for computer system deployments, utilizing industry-standard endpoint management platforms.
  • Perform daily operations and functions within the IT infrastructure environment, including patching, endpoint deployment, and monitoring system performance.
  • Follow established processes and propose process improvements where applicable and relevant.
  • Provide routine and out-of-cycle reports to other IT administrators, security, and management personnel detailing accurate point-in-time compliance results.
  • Participate in technical discussions, develop, and present required briefing materials to IT management and/or other internal customers as needed.
  • Create and/or maintain applicable documentation, including workflows, processes, desk instructions, SOPs, policy, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Plus years of experience using an industry-standard endpoint management platform.
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OSs.
  • ITIL certification and/or ITSM experience considered a plus.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and/or other scripting languages considered a plus.
  • High level of customer service, communication skills (oral and written), and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and be adaptable with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Must be a self-starter with initiative and ability to work/troubleshoot problems independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desire to work as part of a team in a diverse, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects on short timelines.
  • Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including all elements defined in the Company's Quality Policy.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
