Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all Image & Costume standards.
  • Engage and entertain guests effectively.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient drink service for all patrons.
  • Prepare beverages according to Ojos Locos standards.
  • Verify the legal drinking age of all guests.
  • Utilize a POS system for processing sales, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing accurate receipts and change. Maintain precise records, including cash-out and tip reports.
  • Monitor guests for signs of intoxication or suspicious behavior, following proper protocols, including alerting supervisors or security when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by organizing the workspace, disposing of trash, and performing light cleaning tasks.
  • Complete setup, side work, and closing tasks, which include preparing the bar for service, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar/lounge area is ready for the next shift.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
