Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to guests, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create innovative mixers and garnishes for beverages.
  • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
