We are seeking a highly motivated and organized team member to connect with new, existing, and prospective clients to provide personalized insurance solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, nurturing relationships, and ensuring seamless policy management. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multi-task will enable you to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market products and services
• Process insurance claims and premium payments with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date on policy changes and new insurance needs to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and quality service
Qualifications
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 salary + bonus
