We are currently seeking a Production Engineering Technician specializing in Lean methodologies. This role will be integral to our expanding operations.

Your Contributions:

  • Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory through collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
  • Establish standards and work instructions while actively participating in and promoting Lean practices and training throughout the organization.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into issues, perform root cause analyses, and oversee implementation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and develop systems related to production processes.
  • Design layouts and workflows to ensure effective visual management.
  • Engage with manufacturing teams, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in fundamental shop mathematics, tools, and equipment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding the English language.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles in a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience with SAP systems.

Compensation:
