Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $36.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.

Role Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver professional nursing care to residents of various ages in a long-term care setting, under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician. The role requires a thorough understanding of nursing principles applicable to the clinical environment.
The LPN will:
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Participate in resident assessments and administer prescribed medications or treatments.
- Provide technical assistance to healthcare team members as necessary.
- Document resident interactions and care outcomes accurately.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and self-care strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be graduates of an accredited practical nursing program and hold a valid LPN license. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Ongoing education and competency training are required to maintain licensure and departmental standards.
