We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound services to patients, working closely with our medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound examinations on patients, following established protocols and procedures.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of ultrasound procedures, anatomy, and pathology.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for each patient.
- Vocational/Technical education: Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Active ARDMS certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
