Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Appraiser I will be responsible for managing commercial appraisal bids, overseeing vendor selection, and ensuring timely report deliveries. You will conduct risk-based appraisal reviews for real estate collateral, reinforcing the bank's commitment to accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will prepare internal Real Estate Evaluations to determine current market values for transactions that do not require formal appraisals.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal, covering various commercial property types.
- A Certified General Appraiser License is essential.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related education and/or experience.
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard appraisal software and tools, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
