About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Response Clinician to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will provide immediate person-centered assistance to individuals in need, assessing their needs, level of risk, and providing clinically appropriate interventions and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Trauma-Informed Services: Deliver person-centered and trauma-informed services when speaking with individuals in need, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Crisis Intervention and Risk Assessments: Provide clinically appropriate crisis intervention and risk assessments through various platforms, including phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Zero Suicide Screening: Complete Zero Suicide screening and work to identify each caller's needs in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Make follow-up calls or visits, as required, and communicate clearly, timely, and effectively with community partners.
  • Clinical Supervision and Productivity: Attend monthly meetings and weekly clinical supervision with the Crisis Line Supervisor and maintain an agreed-upon level of productivity.
  • Culturally Competent Services: Provide culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of each caller, ensuring a high level of understanding and empathy.
  • Knowledge of Services and Referrals: Be knowledgeable of all services provided within Compass Health and other human/social services agencies for purposes of referral if Compass is unable to provide a service.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain client records, following agency and state regulations, and ensure all documentation is written in a proficient and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Refer and coordinate with the mobile outreach team, as necessary, and collaborate and communicate with the caller's multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including flexibility with shifts and assisting with transportation as clinically indicated.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least one year of experience working in behavioral health required if a Bachelor's degree is the highest education level obtained.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Working knowledge of DSM-V required; QMHP preferred; PLPC, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred.
