At Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge & Conference Center, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all assigned areas are properly maintained, including the gaming floor and lodge.
  • Maintain communication with shift leads and report any incidents or safety hazards.
  • Use knowledge of MSDS and proper use of chemicals to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Remain alert, courteous, and professional at all times, providing excellent service to team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Maintain appearance standards, including proper uniform, shoes, and personal hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma, HSED, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must have a good sense of responsibility and be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand and bend for long periods.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to follow direction well and possess a pleasant, helpful attitude.
