The Club Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the club's presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambiance, which are essential to our brand identity and member satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including laundry, towel management, restocking supplies, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Facilitate the turnover of service areas between guest use.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of practitioner spaces and equipment.
  • Complete all designated checklists for opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
  • Safeguard and return any items left behind by guests during service.
  • Report any property damage in communal areas to the supervisor.
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect all cleaning tools at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure the club is consistently maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist in preparing amenities such as water and towels for club services.
