New Graduate Nurse Residency Program Overview
VHC Health is proud to offer a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program designed to support new graduate registered nurses as they transition into their first professional roles. Our program is based on the Vizient and American Association of Colleges of Nursing (Vizient/AACN) Nurse Residency ProgramTM, which provides a structured and evidence-based curriculum to enhance leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role skills.
Program Highlights:

About VHC Health:

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a new graduate registered nurse with a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The following qualifications are required:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure in Nursing
- BLS certification
