Nurse Residency Program Coordinator

VHC Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program. As a New Graduate Nurse Residency, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or compact state licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
