Key Responsibilities
  • Assist park rangers with daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service
  • Provide information and assistance to park visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in park events and activities, promoting a positive and engaging experience for visitors
  • Collaborate with other department staff to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or experience in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
