Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound phone queue and general program inquiries
  • Determine support programs for patients
  • Research and resolve claim denials or underpayment of claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Report trends or delays to program management
  • Ensure all program correspondence and communication meets quality standards
  • Pharmacy triage and coordination, along with other follow-up activities
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Certificates in Medical Coding, Medical Billing, or related fields a plus
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to build productive working relationships with clients, coworkers, and managers

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
  • 6-9 month contract
  • Criminal background check and 9-panel drug test required
