Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately collect patient demographics, confirm patient identity, and verify insurance information
  • Assist in achieving revenue cycle objectives by following guidelines and participating in quality assurance activities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of payer information and benefits, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
  • Perform point-of-service collections, including prepayments and outstanding balances
  • Initiate financial clearance and review authorization and referral records
  • Educate patients on financial agreements and regulatory forms
  • Provide service excellence and maintain communication with patients, families, and internal departments
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting. You should be able to work in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
