Salary: $45,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Engage with customers and build lasting rapport by providing the highest level of hospitality and customer service.
  • Be a storyteller, sharing the details of our unique brand partnerships as well as product design inspirations.
  • Be an expert on our product lines, staying current on fashion trends, understanding customer needs, and creatively communicating selections that meet their needs.
  • Ability to independently problem solve and resolve customer issues while maintaining a spirit of Aloha, even in high stress situations.
  • Ensure the retail floor is always premium and tells a story. Maintain store concepts & visual standards.
  • Meet sales goals at both the store and within the overall brand.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the retail store is well-stocked at all times.
  • Support and promote the Point-of-Sale process in all areas of register procedure, protocol and policies.
  • Participate in local events and giveback programs in collaboration with Marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College education desired
  • Confident and motivated by interacting with customers while helping them bring their individual styles to life.
  • Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
  • Team player with availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, holidays.
  • Ability to safely lift 30 lbs. and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
