Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a one-time sign-on bonus of $300.00, paid after 90 days of employment with satisfactory performance review.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with new customers
  • Be an expert on OluKai's product lines, including quality and authenticity
  • Maintain a premium retail floor and ensure visual standards are met
  • Develop and implement plans to exceed sales goals
  • Manage inventory and maintain a well-stocked store
  • Support the Point-of-Sale process and promote register procedures
  • Participate in local events and giveback programs as a brand ambassador

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college education desired
  • Strong communication, influencing, and time management skills
  • Confidence and motivation when interacting with customers
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Safe lifting capacity of 30 lbs. and ability to maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
